- What if nobody covers my county?
- We tell you so on the next screen rather than leave you waiting by the phone. We hold your tract, and the day a realtor takes that county on, it goes to him first.
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. The realtors pay a monthly fee for the states they work. You pay nothing, sign nothing, and owe nobody a commission through us. AXE USA is not a real estate broker and takes no part in whatever you agree with him.
- Can I change my mind?
- Any time. Your confirmation email carries a withdraw link - one click and your tract comes off every desk, including any realtor who already has it, and you never have to explain why.
