What stays private?
The public board can show the county, state, nearest town, acreage, and sale outline. It does not print your property address, access notes, contact details, or dropped map pin. Those tract details are released through the bid board's access rules to accounts able to bid on that board.
What does it cost the landowner?
Posting the tract and collecting bids is free to the landowner. AXE USA takes no commission on a timber sale. Bidders pay for their own access to the board.
Do I have to accept a bid?
No. You compare the bids after the deadline and decide for yourself. You can choose one or choose none; AXE USA is not a party to your sale.
Who is AXE USA?
AXE USA operates the forestry directory and sealed-bid board. It is not your buyer, broker, consulting forester, appraiser, or attorney, and it does not set a price for your timber.
